444 Digital was approached by Broadgate Estates to deliver a digital signage system to further enhance internal communication with occupiers at The Leadenhall Building. The building’s management team wanted to ensure all key building and operational information could be shared quickly, easily and effectively, directly with all building users. This information includes regular reminders, ad hoc service announcements, building-related events and offers, as well as real-time news, weather and travel updates.

444 Digital was approached by Broadgate Estates to deliver a digital signage system to further enhance internal communication with occupiers at The Leadenhall Building. The building’s management team wanted to ensure all key building and operational information could be shared quickly, easily and effectively, directly with all building users. This information includes regular reminders, ad hoc service announcements, building-related events and offers, as well as real-time news, weather and travel updates.
In just four weeks we delivered a complete enterprise grade digital signage platform and a suite of highly automated digital content, meeting and exceeding the brief. The system is fully managed and supported by 444 Digital and the majority of content is data-driven so that it quite simply creates itself. Ad hoc service announcements, event reminders and promotions can be added in less than 5 minutes, without the need for design skills, thanks to our unique CMS platform.

We took the existing Leadenhall Building brand guidelines and translated them into a suite of digital content that is both visually outstanding and effective. As the screens are located in a high footfall area with minimal dwell time, content was created to be contextual and punchy, with just the right amount of information on screen in a fast-moving loop. A light theme is used for information such as news and travel updates and a separate but complementary darker theme subtly differentiates building-related messaging.
